Sara Sprankles has been with Steadfast Companies since 2005 and currently serves as the Director, Property Management, responsible for the management and operations of Steadfast Management Co., Inc. Sara began her career in the property management industry in 1999 as a Leasing Consultant and has since held various positions. While at Steadfast, she has served as a Regional Manager, Property Transitions Manager, Asset Manager, and Director of Strategic Initiatives. Sara is active with NAA and AAOC and holds a Blended Occupancy Specialist designation from the National Center for Housing Management. -

Chris Hernandez joined Steadfast in 2001 as an Assistant Community Manager. Chris has held many positions in the multi-family industry over his 25+ year career and now serves as the Senior Regional Manager over the affordable portfolio of Steadfast communities. He holds a Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) accreditation, Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) from the National Association of Home Builders, Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) designation and NAHMA’s Fair Housing Compliance (FHC). -

Laura started in the multifamily industry in 2011, serving onsite community operations before moving into the corporate office as a District Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator and Senior Regional Coordinator. Laura joined Steadfast in 2019, as Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Operations and now assists with the coordination of all operations tasks as Senior Property Coordinator for Steadfast Management Company. Laura also holds the title of Transitions Coordinator, seeing properties through the acquisition and disposition process. Laura earned her B.S in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
