The Resident Selection Plan is to be given to applicants or residents UPON REQUEST. It lists the areas reviewed when an individual applies to rent an apartment at one of our communities (income limits, credit, criminal records, rental history, etc.). It also states the denial procedures, leasing and occupancy standards, pet restrictions and reasonable accommodation information.
